Activity Log Report

The Activity Log report is a listing of actions taken by your customers, your staff, and automated Capitan processes on your organization's behalf.

The report includes the following information:

• Date/Time of Activity
• Performed By (Staff, Customer, or Automatic)
• Category (Events, Memberships, Entry Passes, Customer Profile, Documents, Associations, Payments, Gifts, Redemption Codes, Custom Inboxes, Migrated Data)
• Activity
• Affected Customer
• Notes

The Search Bar can be used to search for anything listed in the Activity column.

The report can be filtered by the following:

• Category (for large organizations, this can increase performance of your searches)
• Date
• Staff User Actor - Use this filter to find activities performed by a specific staff member, or to find activities which were not performed by a staff user.
