Climber App style customization
Organizations can now style the Climber App to match the styling of your marketing website! When configuring the style of the Climber App for your organization, the changes will be displayed live in a preview screen.
Organizations can configure the following to match their branding:
- Logo Image (directly upload your own logo when you make changes) - This must be a .png file no more than 2 MB in size. For proper display, the file should have a transparent background.
- Logo Height - Your logo's aspect ratio will be preserved, so setting this field also configures the logo's width.
- Logo Top Margin
- Logo Bottom Margin
- Primary Color (hex code)
- Card Border Radius
- Button Border Radius
Max number of discount uses per customer
When configuring a discount for memberships, entry passes or events, there is a new option to limit the number of uses per customer. If provided, this limits the number of times that a customer can use the discount. Leave the field blank for no limit.
If a limit is configured, the discount cannot be used for unlinked purchases.
For Memberships: For group memberships, all members must be under the limit in order to use the discount. This limit applies to the members, not necessarily the customer making the purchase.
For Entry Passes: This limit applies to the customer receiving the entry pass, not necessarily the customer making the purchase. If a limit is configured, the discount cannot be used for unlinked purchases.
For Events: For bookings with multiple participants, all participants must be under the limit in order to use the discount. Leave this blank for no limit. This limit applies to the participants, not necessarily the customer making the booking.
This allows gyms to offer targeted discounts at different points of the customer journey. For example, in order to encourage a first-time day pass user to climb again within a month, you can create an association with the following settings:
- Any first-time customer checking in with a day pass is automatically added to the association.
- Customers are automatically removed from the association after 1 month.
- Association members receive a 50% discount on day passes, limited to "1" use per customer.
Limited-location memberships
There is a new option when configuring a membership, "Is this membership restricted to a certain location or set of locations (fixed)?" If this option is enabled, the membership may only be used for check-in at a fixed set of locations. If "Is this membership restricted to a single location (customer choice)?" is also enabled, then the purchaser may only select from the configured set of locations.
This will enable multi-location organizations to have differentiated prices for different regions or locations. For example, an all access membership for all locations can be priced at $90 while a membership that only grants access to smaller, less popular locations is priced at $80.
Custom Min/Max ages for Waiver/Acknowledgement of Risk participants
When configuring the settings of a particular document template, there are two new fields:
- Adult Minimum Age (Optional) - This sets the minimum age allowed for customers in adult info sections. Leave this blank to use the default value of 18 years.
- Minor Maximum Age (Optional) - This sets the maximum age allowed for customers in minor info sections. Leave this blank to use the default value of 17 years.
Document location restrictions
There is a new setting when configuring a document template, "Does this document only apply to a certain location or set of locations?" If this is set for a Waiver/AoR document, it will only be usable for entry at the chosen set of locations.
This will enable multi-location organizations to require different waivers for different regions or states when applicable.
