Invalidating a document on a customer's profile
Staff have the ability to invalidate a document at any time, even after it has been approved.
Hovering over a customer's document expiration date with reveal the "Manage" button. Once selected, a modal will open with the documents details. Selecting the "Mark as Invalid" button will invalidate the customer's document so it can no longer be used for check-in.
For invalid documents, a "Mark as Valid" button will instead be available, restoring the document.
