Canceling a membership with prorated credit
When canceling a membership effective immediately, there are three refund options:
- No refund
- Refund last billed amount
- Refund prorated credit for remainder of billing period
Refunding the prorated credit is particularly helpful when upgrading a customer to a new membership type.
When selected, the following will happen:
- The prorated amount will be calculated and displayed automatically
- If selected, the credit will automatically be applied to the owner's account
- The credit can be applied when purchasing a new membership, or any other Climber App product
