Option to restrict Area to one Event at a time
There is a new option when configuring an area to restrict the area to one booked event at a time. When set to "yes", if an event is booked in that area, all other events in the same area with overlapping times will be automatically cancelled. This makes it easy to offer different styles of events at the same time (for example, "Intro to Bouldering for Adults" and "Intro to Bouldering for Families") and let customers dictate which is offered.

Custom Inboxes
Custom inboxes are a new way to alert staff of customers which meet certain criteria. For example, below is an inbox condition to automatically add an alert to a customer's profile if they have used seven entries for a ten entry pass. This customer is likely a good candidate for a membership as they have built up the habit of checking in frequently.
Other conditions include:
- Account Age (to highlight new customers)
- Check-in counts in set time range (to highlight potential members)
- Has assigned entry pass (to highlight potential upgrade opportunities)

Custom Fields option to display on Customer Profile
All Custom Customer Fields can now be displayed on the Customer Profile for quicker access to information that is specific to your organization.
Staff account password management update
Changing a staff user's password will now log them out of all sessions.
