Active membership status inbox condition

When creating a custom inbox, there is a new condition option for "membership status". This can help organizations target certain customers with their sales efforts. Some examples of how this condition could be used in conjunction with the other conditions available:

  • For converting customers that start out on entry passes - "Customer does not have an active membership" and "Check-in count is at least 2" - A membership manager can reach out directly to those customers about a special intro membership offer.
  • For customers that start with a trial membership whom you want to encourage to purchase a recurring membership - "Customer has an active membership of type '[Name of Organization's Trial Membership]'" - Staff can connect with the customer and make sure they are enjoying all of the perks of the trial membership

Booking open date option for multipart/one-off events

When configuring a multi-part/one-off event, there is a new option when configuring "How far in advance can someone book this event?". The default, previous behavior is to set a certain number of days before the event begins. Using a dropdown, the new "exact date" option may be selected instead. When selected, a staff member can set the specific day the booking window opens. This will help with things like summer camps or youth programs where an organization wants all occurrences to open at the same time.

Booking opening time option

There is a new option to configure a specific time of day for registration to open for an event. The default, midnight ("00:00", or "12 AM"), is counted as the start of the day and will be based on the location's time zone. This will help with popular events where staff want to advertise a specific time for bookings to begin.

Rolling Event Discount

In Membership Discounts, there is a new option to configure discounts for a Rolling Event Membership. All of the same recurring membership discount options are available, giving organizations more options to tailor pricing for participants.

Custom colors

To make the calendar easier to organize, any custom color may be used to display an event type. This change has been rolled out for all configurable colors, including proficiency icons and customer profile alerts.

Option to copy “booked by” emails when viewing an event (includes roster membership owners)

To make it easier to reach out to the customers that booked participants onto an event (for example, parents of the comp squad) there is a new option to copy their emails on the event details page.
