Capitan Release Notes - February 16, 2026
What's in this release
- More location filters and CSV exports added to reports
Plus several fixes — see the end of this article.
More location filters and CSV exports added to reports
Continuing the work to make multi-location operations easier to slice in Capitan, the following reports have new filters and exports this release:
- The Membership Ages report and Member Churn Rate report can now be filtered by billing location.
- The Gift Log and Event Vouchers report can now be filtered by purchase location, and both reports now support CSV export.
- The Customer Challenges report can now be filtered by participant home location, and now supports CSV export.
Fixes
- Roster membership reservations now respect scheduled freeze dates. When a roster member had a scheduled freeze on their membership, their reservations during the freeze period were not always being properly updated. Reservations now correctly reflect the scheduled freeze: the member will not be included as a participant during the freeze.
- Undoing a scheduled roster membership cancellation now restores reservations. When a scheduled cancellation was undone (for example, by removing the membership's end date), the member was not always restored to upcoming events on the roster. They are now restored on the next sync.
- Memberships sold on the Staff Site are now counted in revenue total reports. Memberships purchased through the Staff Site sell screen were not always being counted in the membership category of revenue totals. They are now included alongside Climber App sales.
- Private event payment summary no longer inflates the amount paid by refunded amounts. In the private event payment view, refunded amounts were being added to (rather than subtracted from) the amount-paid total. The summary now shows the correct net amount paid.
