Linking Account Requests (Inbox)
Why is this an inbox item?
Linking accounts allows customers to purchase group memberships and allows adults to manage their children's account information. Customers can request to be linked to another customer via the Climber App, but as linking includes additional benefits, staff members must approve each request.
Actions you can take with a Linking Account Request inbox item:
- Approve linking accounts.
- Needs more information. Verify at check-in. If you need more information from the customer before approving the request, you can select this option. While it will remove the request from the inbox, it will still be on each customers’ profile so you can handle it next time they are in the facility.
- Deny linking accounts.
