Invalid Documents (Inbox)
Why is this an inbox item?
Some gyms have quiz style questions in their Waivers/Acknowledgement of Risk documents (typical in the UK).
If your gym has quiz questions AND if your gym has elected to not alert the customer when they answer a quiz question incorrectly in the Climber App, then the customer will only be informed after they complete the document, at which point the document will be marked as invalid.
A gym can elect to create an inbox item for each invalid document so staff may call the customer to go over any rules, risks or information in the document they answered incorrectly before the customer tries to resubmit.
Action you can take with an Invalid Document inbox item:
- Dismiss. Once staff has contacted the customer, they may dismiss the inbox item.
Invalid documents will live on the customer’s profile and can not be used for entry.
