Add a Custom Alert

You can add a custom alert to a customer’s profile to display important information you want staff to know about the customer.  These alerts are visible on a customer’s profile and on the dedicated check-in site.

An alert will be visible until it expires or is dismissed.

Note: When the dedicated check-in site is in customer facing mode we do not display custom alerts.

To add a custom alert, follow these steps...

  1. Navigate to the customer’s profile where you want to add a custom alert
  2. Select “Add Alert” in the profile card. 

  3. Add the text you want displayed on the alert.
  4. (Optional) Add an expiration date when the alert will automatically be cleared.
  5. Select the color for the alert.
  6. If you want ensure the alert is addressed by staff before the customer checks into your gym, select the "Prevent the customer from checking in while this alert is active" option.
  7. Hit “Save” and it will appear at the top of the customer’s profile until it is expired or dismissed.  When an alert is dismissed it will be recorded in the customer's Activity Log.
