When I select "Purchase a Membership" or "Create Booking" on the Staff Site nothing happens

There are places on the Capitan Staff Site that link to the Climber App.   The primary examples are when you select "Purchase a Membership" or "Purchase a Pass" on a customer's profile or when you select "Create Booking" in the Events section.

When you select these options, a new tab will and bring you to the Climber App.  

If nothing happens when you select one of the above options, it is most likely because your pop-up blocker has stopped it from opening.

Depending on your browser, select the instructions below to modify your settings and allow pop-ups from Capitan:
