Gravity Payments is a payment processor currently available in the US and Canada.

Pricing is custom for each gym based on a variety of factors.  Capitan has a dedicated contact at Gravity that can answer any questions you have about Gravity, pricing and getting started.  To speak directly with a Gravity specialist, let us know you are interested and we can make the introduction.

Getting Started with Gravity

Once you have made the decision to use Gravity as your payment processor, you will go through an underwriting process with them to get them approved.  Once approved, Gravity will send credentials to Captian so we can connect your payment processing account with Capitan.  Capitan will alert you once this is live.

Testing your Payment Processor

We recommend all customers try a test payment (set an entry pass price to $1, it can be changed back after the test) to ensure everything is working properly.  If the transaction shows up on the customer's profile that bought the pass and on the Payments page you're good to go!
