How do I sell a customer a prepaid membership, entry pass, day pass or event voucher?

Selling Capitan Items via Your POS

When a customer comes into your facility and wants to purchase a day pass, entry pass, prepaid membership or event voucher, these call all be found in your gym's POS.

Each POS is slightly different, but all Capitan items can be found by searching for "Capitan" or the product name.

Before completing a transaction, you must select the customer that is purchasing the product so it syncs to their profile on Capitan.
