Capitan Facebook: User Group

Capitan created a community on Facebook for admins and managers to collaborate on best practices for running a climbing gym, using Capitan, and other tips & advice. To ensure this is a useful community for everyone, Capitan admins will review and approve / decline new postings.

Your post may be declined by admins if it is blatantly negative or disrespectful.

For technical support questions, in order to serve you best we ask that you please email us directly at info@hellocapitan.com. A good rule of thumb is to ask yourself “is my question related to an issue I’m experiencing and/or do I want a Capitan employee to answer?” If so, it should be sent to info@hellocapitan.com. If you have a question or topic that is meant for discussion by the greater community, then the Facebook group is a great place to share it!

Keep in mind general internet forum rules apply. We keep a policy of not deleting comments on posts, but to keep things in order from time to time we may have to.
