Notifying customers when their membership freeze status is going to change
Your organization may choose to automatically send notification emails to frozen membership owners 5 days before their membership will be reactivated or cancelled due to its "maximum freeze period" policy (learn about managing membership policies here).
This is not relevant for membership types with no configured maximum freeze period.
How to enable or disable notification emails before membership maximum freeze period is reached:
- Navigate to Memberships & Passes under Admin.
- Under Membership Settings select Org-wide Membership Policies.
- Enable or disable "Send notification emails before membership maximum freeze period is reached"
