Enabling PIN Mode

Enabling PIN mode will require a PIN for all changes made in Capitan.

To enable PIN mode, go the the Capitan Staff Site login screen.  After filling out your username and password, select "Require PINs when making changes" before selecting "Sign In".  

After signing in, all users will now be required to enter a PIN when saving changes to ensure the user has the correct permissions and to track who made the change.

Requiring PIN Mode,

For each staff member account on Capitan, there is a setting for "PIN Mode Required?"  If this is selected, then the user may only log into the Staff Site if the "Require PINs when making changes" option is selected.  This is popular for logins used exclusively for shared devices.
