Capitan is offering three sessions on Rolling Events this quarter: a Webinar covering the fundamentals and newest features, a hands-on Training for seasonal setup and configuration, and a peer-driven Roundtable for gyms to share tips and best practices. Together, they give gyms the knowledge and community support to get the most out of rolling events year-round. We're also running our regular lineup of general trainings on events, reporting, and marketing.
Rolling Events Series
July 21 — Webinar: Leveraging Rolling Events for Youth Programs
Join this 30-minute webinar to learn how to unlock the full potential of rolling events for your youth programs. We'll cover what makes rolling events so powerful, walk through how to configure them in Capitan, and showcase the newest features — including recent roster and waitlist updates — built to simplify ongoing session management.
You'll leave with practical knowledge to save time, cut manual work, and improve the experience for families and staff.
Aug 4 — New! Training: Rolling Event Configuration
Join us for a 30-minute training on Rolling Events in Capitan, built for gyms running ongoing classes and youth programs. We'll cover how to set up rolling events, manage rosters and waitlists, and use recent feature updates — plus leave time for live Q&A on your gym's setup.
This session will be offered seasonally as gyms get their youth programs and teams up and running.
Aug 11 — Roundtable: Rolling Events
Join us for a 30-minute roundtable on Rolling Events in Capitan — an open discussion for gyms running ongoing classes and youth programs. Share how you're using rolling events at your gym, learn what's working (and what's not) for other gyms, and swap tips on managing rosters, waitlists, and season-to-season transitions.
This is a peer-driven conversation, so come ready to share your experience and questions.

Aug 24 — Webinar: Work Smarter with Capitan Dashboards
Join us for a webinar showcasing Dashboards, the newest addition to Capitan's reporting suite, built to give your team a faster, clearer pulse on your business. July 14 / Aug 20 / Sept 15 — Training: Capitan General Training Session
Join us for a comprehensive Capitan training session designed for new team members, users looking to optimize their workflows, or anyone in need of a refresher. These sessions focus primarily on a live demo to showcase key features and best practices for using Capitan effectively.
You'll have the opportunity to ask questions throughout the session via chat, which will be addressed either during the demo or in a dedicated Q&A at the end. Don't miss this chance to sharpen your skills and get the most out of Capitan!
July 7 / Aug 18 / Sept 23 — Training: Mastering Event Management
Join us for a monthly hands-on training session focused entirely on events in Capitan!
We'll walk through event management in detail — covering everything from the different event types on Capitan to event promotions, youth programs, camps, birthday parties, and more. Whether you're looking to streamline operations or optimize your offerings, this session will help you make the most of Capitan's event tools. We'll leave time at the end for Q&A to address any additional questions.
Sept 30 — Training: Maximizing Marketing: Tools, Strategies & Integrations
Join us for an in-depth training session focused on leveraging Capitan's powerful marketing features to grow your business and engage your community more effectively.
Whether you're just getting started or looking to refine your strategy, this session will equip you with practical tools to boost visibility, drive engagement, and grow your community.
Note: While we'll walk through how to connect platforms like Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel to Capitan, this session won't cover how to use the tools themselves — each platform offers its own training resources for that.
