Editing a Customer's Profile

The following can be viewed and/or edited after selecting “Edit Profile” on an individual customer’s profile:

  • Customer ID (View only, this is used for merging accounts)
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Birthday
  • Email (two customer accounts can not share the same email)
  • Email Preferences
  • Profile Image
  • Street Address
  • City/Town
  • Postcode
  • Phone
  • Pronouns
  • Barcode (you can add a new barcode by selecting “generate barcode”)
  • Capitan Status (if the status is not “Active”, there is a “Resend Invite” button)

All changes made to a customer's profile will be recorded in the customer's Activity Log.
