Editing a Customer's Profile
The following can be viewed and/or edited after selecting “Edit Profile” on an individual customer’s profile:
- Customer ID (View only, this is used for merging accounts)
- First Name
- Last Name
- Birthday
- Email (two customer accounts can not share the same email)
- Email Preferences
- Profile Image
- Street Address
- City/Town
- Postcode
- Phone
- Pronouns
- Barcode (you can add a new barcode by selecting “generate barcode”)
- Capitan Status (if the status is not “Active”, there is a “Resend Invite” button)
All changes made to a customer's profile will be recorded in the customer's Activity Log.
