Some organizations may require multiple payment processor connections. This is common for multi-location organizations where different locations operate under different entities (for example, locations in one state are under one corporation and locations under another state are under a second) and need payments to be kept separate.

Automatic emails will be sent when a customer's recurring membership payment fails.

Knowledge Base Article - Failed Payment Email Notification

When a customer's recurring membership payment fails, Capitan will automatically send out an email to the owner of the membership to alert them. Each membership type can include custom Failed Payment Notification Text to be included with the email and will include a button to fix the failed payment.
